Requests from your own website

A booking form on your site, as a button or in a page. New customers arrive in Moop with a suggestion for who is free and lives nearby.
Planning on real dates

Regular visits per household helper, week by week. Move or cancel one date without touching the regular visit.
Sick or on leave: who takes over

Record an absence and Moop suggests a free colleague nearby for each visit. Customers are told who comes, or that it doesn't go ahead.
An app for your household helpers

Her day and week on her phone: who, when, where, notes and the route. She hears straight away when something changes, and reports sick in the app.
Performed visits per month

Visits reported done, per helper and per customer, exported for your social secretariat and the voucher issuer.
Invoices for extra costs

Per hour cleaned or a fixed amount, made monthly in your name, with a QR code the customer's bank app reads. The money goes straight to you.

In your name. Customers and helpers see your company, your colour.
On every device. In the browser on a computer, and on any phone.
Data in Europe. Stored in the EU; only your office sees your customers.
Not in your money. Moop never collects payments: customers pay you directly.

Do I have to replace my current software right away?: No. During a pilot you can start with planning and the helper app, and keep the rest as it is.
Does Moop connect to the voucher issuer or my social secretariat?: Not directly yet: you export the performed visits per month and upload them as you do today. Direct connections are on the roadmap.
Who can see my data?: Only the people in your office. Household helpers only see their own visits. Data is stored in the EU.
What does it cost?: We are looking for pilot companies in the Antwerp region. Get in touch and we'll agree on terms together.
